Successful days at the Igeho trade fair in Basel!

From Saturday to Wednesday, we had the opportunity to take part in the Igeho trade fair for the hotel and catering industry in Basel. In collaboration with our valued partner, Korngold AG, we presented our digital service verification solution.
At the Korngold AG stand, where the Korngold team produced fresh paste and visitors were able to enjoy some refreshments, we were able to hold many interesting discussions and present our product to a wide audience.
The key learnings from the trade fair:
- Untapped potential in service upselling: Many discussions showed that the potential of service upselling is still largely untapped by manufacturers and suppliers of professional catering equipment. Visitors were particularly interested to hear the Managing Director of Korngold AG emphasize the importance of proactive and regular maintenance intervals to ensure the smooth operation of equipment in the sometimes hectic hospitality industry.
- New possibilities thanks to the Exolynk digitalization platform: The ability to order raw materials and accessories directly via QR codes on the appliances also generated great enthusiasm. This is an excellent example of how technology can improve the customer experience and generate customer loyalty (application example in the comments).
These days were a valuable experience for us. We had the chance to gather feedback, make new contacts and demonstrate our solutions in action.
